FLOW ICE MAKERS, flow ice is a unique chilling medium and is formed out of seawater or a
mixture of fresh water and salt.
* Fluidic - Ice completely covers the fish, chilling the fish instantly and the greater
chilling charactertistics of up to 3 to 4 times better than that of conventional block
ice.
* Chilling the catch as rapid as possible and keeping the fish at - 1 deg. C to -2
deg. C as long as possible.
* As the ice crystals leave the fish in a soft bed, this kind of Fluidic - Ice does not
damage the fish.
* Can be pumped at a concentration from 20% to 50% and easy to distribute and handle which
increases productivity and flexibility.

Installation and adjustment: As all the machines have be adjusted very well, it will work
only connecting the electric power or generator and sea water pipe into the machines.
1/ At the range of the ambient temperature from + 2C to +50C, this kind of machine can
work well. We would prefer to supply sea water-cooled condensing unit.
2/ The standard voltage is 220V/1ph/50Hz, 2.2KW, 10A, other voltage can be used according
to client's opinion.
Also we can fit the machine with diesel generator in advance if there is not enough
electric power supply.
